1.2 Photo Uploads
The App allows users to upload photos that are shared exclusively with their chosen partner. These photos are stored securely on Firebase Cloud Storage servers and you can read their privacy policy here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
1.3 User Location
The App may use your location data when shared with your partner through the App's features.
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Account Information
We use the account information to:
- Personalize your experience on the App
- Communicate with you regarding account-related matters
- Ensure the security of your account
2.2 Photo Uploads
We use the uploaded photos solely for the purpose of facilitating private sharing between you and your partner. We do not access, use, or share your photos with any third parties.
2.3 User Location
We store only the latest user location for the purpose of facilitating location-based features within the App. We do not track or save your location history.
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Firebase Cloud Storage
Uploaded photos are stored on Firebase Cloud Storage, a reputable and secure cloud service provider. Firebase Cloud Storage complies with industry-standard security protocols to safeguard your data and you can find their data privacy here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
3.2 Security Measures
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
3.3 Revenue Cat
In the case of in-app payments, payment is made via RevenueCat Inc., 300 Euclid Avenue San Francisco, CA 94118, USA to whom we pass on the information you provided during the ordering process together with the information about your order. Your data will be passed on in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR exclusively for the purpose of payment processing and only to the extent that it is necessary for this. We have concluded an order processing contract with RevenueCat Inc., with which we oblige the provider to protect the data of the app users and not to pass it on to third parties. 4. Sharing of Information
4.1 Limited Sharing
We do not share your personal information or uploaded photos with any third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
4.2 Partner Access
Your uploaded photos are shared only with the partner you choose within the App. We do not access or view your shared photos except for debug purposes in special cases.
5. Your Choices and Control
5.1 Account Settings
You can review and update your account information within the App's settings. You may also delete your account, which will permanently remove your account information and associated photos.
5.2 Account Deletion
You have the option to delete your account within the App. When you choose to delete your account:
- All your personal information, including your name, email, and password, as well as quiz answers will be permanently removed from our active database.
- All photos uploaded by you will be instantly deleted from our active database.
- Your latest location will be instantly deleted from our active database.
5.3 Retention of Database Backup
While your account and associated data are promptly removed from our active database, please note that we retain database backups for a period of 30 days. During this backup retention period, your information may still exist in our backup copies.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
